The Peruvian Law allows as benefit for visitors the exemption of the 18% tax for services of rooms for persons that are natural resident of other countries which reside in this country for a maximum of 60 days each time they enter this country. In order to qualify for this benefit, each guest at check in at the Hotel needs to present his/her passport, TAM sealed with date of entry to Peru. In the case, the following requirements established by law are followed; we can emit an individual invoice in name of the guest or Peruvian Travel Agency. If for any reason the following documents are not provided, the Hotel cannot provide this Benefit for the Group.
Cancellation Policies: All cancellations MUST BE IN WRITING. If you cancel 35 DAYS PRIOR to the conference you will receive a refund of 50%. If you cancel from 34 DAYS to 3 DAYS PRIOR to the conference you will receive a refund of 10%. NO REFUNDS will be given 3 DAYS or less prior to the conference.
Right to Deny or Remove: We reserve the right to deny registration or admission to, or remove any party from the Conference, at our sole discretion.
