Abstract and Presentation Timeline

July 15th

Deadline to submit your abstract

Must have a NACE profile in order to submit an abstract. If you do not have a NACE profile you will be asked to create one in order to submit.

August 1st

Committee will review and notify all accepted authors

All accepted authors will receive a discounted registration. A code will be provided once accepted.

October 16th

Presentations and bios are due for review

Things to Keep in Mind

NACE International will require the following for any approved abstracts:

A formal presentation of your paper presented at the event. Presenters may be eligible to receive a discounted price to attend.
A presentation between 30-45 minutes, depending on the schedule of the event.
A PowerPoint presentation is required with the presentation.
All listed deadlines are met for paper and presentation review.
All formatting and content requirements are followed for papers and presentations.
A signed copyright release agreement.
A brief biography.
