Plasite XHT 400 is a highly cross-linked formulation utilizing Carbolines Supoxy™ technology (patent pending). This formulation is designed to protect fire tubes and vessel surfaces in hot, three-phase conditions. The impermeable film reinforced with proprietary ceramics blocks aggressive vapors and solutions from reaching the steel and subsequent corrosion.
Carbotherm 551 is a unique insulative composite coating formulated in a high temperature resistant epoxy binder. It is an ideal protective heat barrier to shield personnel from hot surfaces. It also inhibits heat transfer into or out of a structure.
The King E-series industrial sprayer allows the use of 240V or 120V, single-phase power – eliminating the need for an air compressor. These sprayers offer the flexibility to spray high solids coatings with less thinner achieving higher mil build per pass, saving time and money. There are hazardous location-approved packages capable of 6,000psi available for the harshest environments, in addition to, ordinary location packages capable of 7,250psi.
