Registration to the conference includes access to all technical presentations and a PDF of all presentations. Once the conference has ended, all registrants will have online access to the recorded presentations for on demand viewing for up to thirty (30) days*. Certificate of Attendance will be for up to 3 hours and may be requested at the end of the conference.
*Not all presentations will be available for viewing post-event.
Cancellation Policies: Paid registrations cancelled in writing at least 30 calendar days or more prior to the start of the event will receive a full refund, less a 10% service fee. Paid registrations cancelled in writing 29 to 7 days before the starting date of the event will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. No refunds or credit will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 7 days before the event begins. Transfer of registration is permitted one time at a fee of $20.00 USD. Transfers may not be made less than 7 days before the event begins.
All requests for transfer or cancellation must be submitted in writing to firstservice@nace.org. No refund will be processed if the registrant is a no show if they fail to view the video presentations in the allotted time frame or if they purchase a past series.
Right to Deny or Remove: We reserve the right to deny registration or admission to, or remove any party from the Conference, in our sole discretion.
