Access includes the virtual exhibitors and awards ceremonies. For access to any of the technical program content the full conference registration must be purchased.
Access to special lectures, forums, corrosive chronicles and symposium presentations.
All attendees will have access to a digital copy of the conference proceedings.

By registering for the complimentary/free access to the exhibit hall, I'm consenting to share my information with event organizers and exhibitors/sponsors affiliated with the event. Access is to the virtual exhibit hall ONLY.
Conference Registration Payment and Information: Registration will not be processed without payment. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars from a U.S. financial institution.

Cancellation and Refund Policy (In-Person or Virtual)*:
Paid registrations cancelled in writing at least 30 calendar days or more prior to the start of the event will receive a full refund, less a 10% service fee. Paid registrations cancelled in writing 29 to 7 calendar days before the starting date of the event will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. No refunds or credit will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 7 calendar days before the event begins. Transfer of registration is permitted one time with an accompanying fee of $100.00 USD. Transfers may not be made less than 7 calendar days before the event begins. This policy supersedes any previously published policy regarding the cancellation process for NACE Conferences.
All requests for transfer or cancellation must be submitted in writing to firstservice@ampp.org. Check refunds are processed after the conference. No refund will be processed if the registrant is a no show or post event.
The purchase of On Demand does not qualify for refund.
*The cancellation policy does apply to the CORROSION 2020 deferrals. Exceptions for these deferrals will only be made for transferring of registrations to another individual up until 30 calendar days after the opening of CORROSION 2021 registration. After 30 calendar days the above policy applies.
**For attendees who deferred from CORROSION 2020 and prefer to transfer their fees to a different event or product or request a refund, NACE International’s First Service team can be reached at firstservice@nace.org or by phone at 1-800-797-6223 (U.S./Canada) or +1-281-228-6223 worldwide. Refund requests must be received by 5 p.m. CDT on Friday, January 29, 2021. Any remaining registrations will be transitioned to the CORROSION 2021 Conference & Expo Virtual.
