Advance registration is available online beginning October 10, 2017 through February 8, 2018. Online registrations will be accepted until April 12, 2018. After April 12, 2018, registrations will only be accepted on-site at the Phoenix Convention Center.
In the categories listed above, advanced full conference attendees, who register by February 8, 2018, will receive a complimentary USB drive with all technical symposium papers presented at the conference. After February 8, 2018, the USB drive of the 2018 conference papers can also be purchased in the online NACE Store or at the NACE Store at the conference for $149 USD.
One- and two-day registrations allow registrants access to areas listed above on the selected day(s) registered and include online access to all technical symposium papers.

As the guest of a registered attendee, guest registration allows access to social activities and the Exhibit Hall. It does not allow access to meetings, forums, or symposia. To attend guest program activities, additional fees may be required. For more information, please click here.
Registration will not be processed without payment. Registration and payment date determine price. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars from a U.S. financial institution.

Check refunds are processed after the conference. There are no refunds on exhibit visitors or networking tickets. Registrations received after April 12, 2018 will be processed on site.
All cancellations MUST BE IN WRITING. If you cancel 35 DAYS or MORE PRIOR to the conference you will receive a refund of 50%. If you cancel from 34 DAYS to 3 DAYS PRIOR to the conference, you will receive a refund of 10%. NO REFUNDS will be given 3 DAYS or less prior to the conference. No refunds given for no-shows.
We reserve the right to deny registration or admission to, or remove any party from the Conference, in our sole discretion.
