PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY: Full payment must be received with the booking form to secure the exhibit space or supporter opportunity. Without full payment, NACE will not guarantee nor hold the exhibit space or supporter opportunity.
All requests for cancellation of an exhibit space or supporter opportunity must be submitted in writing. All paid and guaranteed exhibit space or supporter opportunity cancelled in writing at least 60 calendar days in advance of the event will receive a 50% refund of the total fee. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 60 days before the scheduled event. Exhibit space or supporter opportunities are nontransferable.
